4. Listings & Content
You may not post content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or otherwise harmful. Eyooly reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
5. Transactions
Eyooly is a platform for connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users. Users are responsible for arranging payment and delivery.
6. Prohibited Items
You may not list weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, or any item prohibited by applicable law.
7. Termination
Eyooly may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
Eyooly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes between users or for the quality of items sold.
